Kara is a compassionate Mindfulness Coach who has a passion for supporting you through your journey. An experienced adolescent mentor, supporting young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Qualified in Mental Health and as a Mindfulness Coach, Kara specialises in helping adolescents manage anxiety, build self-confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies. Through mindfulness and meditation practices she has supported many through meditation, women's circles, mindful practises and strategities, and has a strong passion to support young people to slow their thoughts, tune into their bodies, and remain present, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while strengthening emotional regulation and resilience.
Kara creates a calm, supportive space where adolescents feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate the challenges of growing up with greater confidence and self-awareness.

All I can say is "WOW". I felt a big opening in my heart chakra. Kara's reading/downloads were spot on!! I had an amazing sleep that night and really let go of old energy. Kara's connection to spirit and her intuition is incredible.

Kara has a knack of just making you feel at ease. I didn't quite know what to expect as whilst I'd heard of Reiki, I'd never attended a session. I've been tired and stressed with work so to be honest, the thought of just lying there for 45 minutes was appealing. Little did I know just how much I needed this! I actually felt the energy shift. I felt tingles in the session, I had visuals of different colours (not realising these were the chakra colours) and even felt sensations in my throat during the session (little did I realise this was actually because my throat Chakra was blocked!). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kara and I can't wait until my next session!

I was lucky to recently receive distant Reiki with Kara and WOW WOW WOW. I had to sit with the downloads for a while to process the whole experience cos it was amazing. I felt a kind of peace afterwards. Truly beautiful. The music provided to listen to as well was divine. Kara is amazing and such a beautiful soul.
